Civil Engineering and Project Management

RRR, LLC recently began providing Civil Engineering services with the addition of Ryan Redick. Ryan brings 14 years of experience in civil engineering ranging from small civil site designs to large $50+ million-dollar Alaska DOT&PF transportation projects and programs. He has provided services to local Alaska contractors for design-build, city, municipal, borough, state, and federal agencies. 

RRR specializes in providing civil engineering services for site and transportation infrastructure. Our team develops solutions during design, construction, and maintenance by working with owners, design teams, and contractors to develop practical solutions for sustainable infrastructure. 

Construction Engineering and Inspection

Inspection is a critical component of construction, and our team understands the importance of adhering to plans and specifications. Proper inspections require technical expertise, extensive knowledge of project design and construction procedures, and strong communication skills. 

We have over 40-years of construction engineering and inspection experience. Our extensive construction engineering and inspection experience leads to successful and reimbursable construction projects.

Emergency Response and FEMA Funding Reimbursement

RRR provides services to help our clients respond to unforeseen environmental events and natural disasters. Our services include short-term and long-term action plan development, risk assessment, data management, and FEMA funding reimbursements. 

Prior to joining RRR, Ryan provided FEMA grant administration and reimbursement support to State of Alaska agencies for 5 nationally recognized disasters.
